I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and

comfort of the room. However, the staff's attitude during breakfast really put a damper on our stay since they seemed rushed and unfriendly.

The chlorine smell in the suite was unbearable!!! Sliding glass door broken, no privacy despite outdated curtains!!! Housekeeping lacking, leading to unmade beds and missed tidying up!!! Expecting more cleanliness for the price paid!!!

Friendly staff, but dirty pool area and early breakfast cut-off were disappointing.

The indoor pool was a highlight for the kids, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our evenings hanging out at the pool area, which had ample space for everyone. The suite was comfortable and perfect for our family getaway.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve soundproofing for quieter family stays.

A group of us had a fantastic time exploring nearby attractions and catching a movie at Prime Cinemas. Our room was comfy, which made our stay more enjoyable. The hotel is also close to the highway, so getting around was super easy.

Just a smart choice for a weekend escape in Anderson with great value for money. The AC shut off in the middle of the night, which was pretty disturbing. Make sure to check the air conditioning before settling in.

The indoor pool and hot tub provide a decent chance to unwind after a long day, though the hot tub lacks sufficient jet power for a real shoulder massage. The rooms nearer to the ground floor offer a good level of comfort with helpful amenities like a fridge and microwave, which are not typical at this price point.

Several rooms suffered from maintenance issues, such as broken TVs and leaky faucets, which detracted from the overall experience. The layout of the shower is poorly designed, requiring an unfortunate cold blast when trying to turn it on. The breakfast area is painfully small, resembling more of a cramped closet than a dining space, leading to overcrowding during peak hours. Multiple guests reported dirty hallways and rooms, with leftover food remnants in corners and unpleasant odors

The location was fantastic, with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome during our stay. We particularly enjoyed the view of the pool area from our room, which added a nice touch to our experience.

However, the amenities could use some improvement.
